Centreville Federal Farmhouse
Inspired by New England-style architecture, the Centerville Federal Farmhouse is a new family home designed with entertaining in mind and the every day needs of a growing family. The exterior façade, with its white-painted clapboard siding, brick chimneys, cedar roof, and portico entry with standing seam metal roof, is a prime example of the Federal Colonial aesthetic. While it is located just outside of downtown Wilmington, the property, which overlooks a nearby nature preserve, enjoys a more rural setting. Taking advantage of the expansive site, the design features a multitude of outdoor recreation spaces, such as a sport court, putting green, and pool.
